Recommended serving sizes?

Although the ideal serving size may vary depending on your activity and fitness goals. We generally recommend a 50g serving (approximately two large handfuls), which will contain around 15g of protein.

Do your products contain allergens?

Currently all of our products are manufactured in a facility that handles celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds and soya beans. We do not recommend anyone with these allergens to consume our products. However, we advise you to subscribe to our email list in order to stay up to date as this may change in the near future.

Are your products Halal?

No, our products are not currently Halal certified. However, we advise you to subscribe to our email list in order to stay up to date as this may change in the near future.

Do your products contain nuts?

Although none of our products contain nuts directly, currently all of our products are manufactured in a facility that handles nuts, therefore we do not recommend anyone with a nut allergy to consume our products. However, we advise you to subscribe to our email list in order to stay up to date as this may change in the near future.

Are your products lactose free?

No, our product does currently contain lactose.

Are your products vegan/ vegetarian?

Currently, none of our products are suitable for vegetarians/ vegans. However, we do have ambitions to change this in the near future, please subscribe to our email list to receive updates on new product launches to stay up to date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Paypal, Shop Pay and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).

What currencies do you accept?

We currently only accept Pound Sterling (GBP).

Returning products

Unfortunately, as we sell food products which are perishable, we cannot accept returns unless the product has arrived faulty. If you need to arrange a valid return please contact us

If you have a faulty product, once our team is notified we will then contact you asking for proof so please ensure you take photos clearly showing the fault. Furthermore, you will need the product name and your order number.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Please allow 7-10 working days for us to process your refund.
